Billing questions
What is the AI second opinion?
When an order scores 30 or higher on the rule engine, an AI fraud analyst re-reads the minimized order signals and returns its own risk score with a one-line explanation, added to the order. Pro includes 100 AI reviews a month and Growth 1,000 — and if the cap runs out or the AI is unavailable, the rule engine keeps scoring every order as usual.
How does billing work?
Through your Shopify account — the plan appears on your existing Shopify invoice. There's no separate card or account to manage.
What happens during the free trial?
Pro comes with a 7-day trial and Growth with 14 days. You get every feature of the plan at no charge; if the trial ends without cancelling, the subscription starts and is billed through Shopify.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from the Plans page inside the app. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and Shopify handles the proration.
What happens when I hit my plan's monthly quota?
Quotas cover a rolling 30-day window — 150 scored orders on Free, 500 on Pro, unlimited on Growth. Once the quota is used up, new orders aren't scored until the window rolls over; upgrading applies the higher quota immediately.
Do I need to enter payment details in the app?
No. Plan charges are handled entirely by Shopify's billing system as part of your Shopify subscription.
